You can choose what type of adoption you would like to have, and how much contact to have with your baby and the adopting parents during and after the adoption.
If you’ve chosen to communicate with the family adopting your baby, we can arrange for you to talk on the phone, email, or text with them. All Angel Adoption families have been licensed to adopt a baby in the United States and are fully prepared to provide a loving and stable home.
Next, you will meet with a social worker or attorney – at no cost to you. This meeting will allow you to tell them about your needs and wants during the adoption, and help you to learn more about the legal aspects of adoption.
Throughout your pregnancy, we will provide you with all the support and assistance you need. You can communicate with your adoptive family as much or as little as you wish.
After your baby is born, you’ll be able to spend as much time as you would like to in the hospital with your baby, the adoptive family, and/or a counselor. The baby may go directly home from the hospital with the adoptive family. Shortly after you will sign the legal documents consenting to the adoption.
After the adoption process is completed, the amount of contact you’ll have with the baby and adoptive family depends on the type of adoption you choose.
