dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We hope this letter finds you well. We cannot imagine the range of emotions you must be feeling as you’re considering this incredibly brave and selfless decision. We want you to know how much we admire your strength, your courage, and the love you have for your child.
We understand this journey is filled with complex emotions and difficult choices. Please know we do not take lightly the gravity of your decision. Your strength and selflessness in prioritizing the future of your child are incredibly inspiring to us. We believe adoption is a beautiful testament to the love a mother has for her child, and we are committed to honoring that love every step of the way.
Your baby is already so cherished and adored in our hearts. If we are chosen to be the parents of your child, we promise to provide a home filled with unconditional love, warmth, and security. We will nurture their dreams, celebrate their milestones, and support them through all of life’s adventures. Your child will always know their story, including the love that led to their adoption.
As we navigate this path together, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are committed to ensuring that you feel respected and valued throughout this process.
Thank you for considering us. We are hopeful for the future, not only for our family but for yours as well.
About Us
Hello! We are Eric and Teri. We were raised in small towns within a few miles of each other and attended middle school together. Although we didn’t kindle a romance then, we reconnected later in life and fell in love. We both work in the oil and gas industry but have different roles. Eric is an operator for a pipeline company, and Teri is the business manager for a service company. We spend a lot of time with our local youth organization, fundraising, coaching, and doing what we can to keep the kids in our community active and involved. We also love a weekend getaway, camping, hiking, and experiencing a new restaurant wherever we go. Eric has a heart of service for our community and is the hardest worker Teri knows. Teri is easygoing and compassionate, and her favorite thing is spending quality time with our family.
Our Home & Pets
We have a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that we recently remodeled with the intention of growing our little family. We have a large backyard with lots of room to run around and play as well as enough room for our family dog, Moe, to have his own separate yard space. We live in a small, safe community with a great school. Our classroom sizes are small, and most kids go from pre-K all the way to senior year together. Our home is down the street from our city park, a block away from the school, and right across the street from Eric’s parents!
Our Extended Family
Our families play a significant role in our lives. Eric’s parents live across the street, and Teri’s dad is less than ten miles away. Eric’s siblings, along with his granny and many aunts and cousins, all live in town or surrounding towns. We have many family dinners and weekend get-togethers filled with love, laughter, and lots of food!
Teri’s brother, his wife, and their two young daughters don’t live nearby, but we make an effort to unite during the holiday season. We have a very close relationship with her dad. He joins us several nights a week for supper and is always around for any and all house projects, family get-togethers, or movie nights that we might have going on.
Both of our families are loving, supportive, and close knit, providing us with a strong sense of belonging and security. The support system we have in place ensures that we are never alone in facing life’s challenges and always have someone to share in our joys and triumphs. Our family ties are a cornerstone of our lives, enriching our experiences and providing a foundation of love and support that we are deeply grateful for.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always wanted kids, and from the time Teri was very young, she’s had the desire to both adopt and have biological children. When we dreamed of our future together, we could imagine a large family with many kids and days filled with homework, baseball, or maybe even dance recitals. We began trying to build our family as soon as we were married. Our journey included many fertility treatments, but despite our best efforts, we faced numerous challenges and, ultimately, fertility treatments were unsuccessful. This experience, along with our desire to be parents, led us to focus on adoption. We are excited for this new journey and hopeful for our future child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
