dear expectant mother
We haven’t met you yet, but we already know you are one of the strongest and most courageous people we’ll ever have the honor of knowing. We can only imagine the complexity of emotions and decisions that have brought you to this moment, and we deeply admire your strength and love for your child.
While it’s impossible to fully capture who we are in a few pages, we can promise your child will be loved unconditionally in a home filled with laughter, trust, and stability. This is our second adoption journey, and we feel incredibly grateful for the beauty and joy adoption has brought to our lives. Our son, Xavier, joined our family in 2023, and not a day goes by that we aren’t thankful for the choice his birth family made and the love they showed in entrusting us with his care. We know firsthand this decision is never easy, and we are here to support you in any way we can as you navigate this journey.
Our hope is for you to feel empowered and supported as you make this important decision and confident and at peace with whichever path you choose. Please know we hold immense gratitude for your strength and considering us. It would be the greatest honor and privilege to care for your child.
About Us
Hi there! We’re Heather, Raven, and our lively two-year-old, Xavier. Our family is full of laughter, love, and curiosity, and we’re excited to grow and share our lives with another beautiful soul. We first met in college, and 18 years later, our bond has only deepened. We’re a fun, stable, and supportive couple who thrive on laughter, love, and shared adventures. Heather works as an IT consultant and Raven as a service writer, and together we’ve built a life that prioritizes family and a healthy work--life balance. One of our greatest joys is watching Xavier grow and explore the world, with all his toddler giggles and curiosity lighting up our days. We can’t wait to welcome another little one into our family and share this incredible journey together.
Our Home & Pets
We built our home four years ago in a small, close-knit town in Colorado, choosing a great school district and a community-focused neighborhood to provide the kind of childhood we both cherished. From playing outside and riding bikes to friends’ houses to being part of a supportive community, these experiences shaped us, and we want the same for our children. Our very patient dog, who adores car rides, running at the park, and playtime, is so excited to welcome another little brother or sister! With several parks within walking distance and fun community events like Friday night movies on the baseball field and a summer parade with food and activities, our town is the perfect place to grow up and make memories.
Our Extended Family
If anyone is more excited about our adoption journey than we are, it’s our parents! Thrilled doesn’t even begin to describe it. Both sets of grandparents (each being married over 40 years) live nearby in Colorado, so Xavier gets to see them regularly and has built a special bond with each one. Known as Grandma, Grandpa, Nonnie, and Pop Pop, they bring so much joy to his life, and we’re incredibly grateful for the love and support they pour into our family.
Heather has two older brothers and a younger sister, while Raven has an older sister. We’re all very close. We also come from large extended families with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. While most of them live outside Colorado, we stay connected through holidays, visits, and social media.
Our Adoption Story
We are thrilled to be on this adoption journey once again! For us, adoption is a conscious and heartfelt choice to be there for a child at every stage of their life, providing unconditional love and support. Our road to parenthood wasn’t easy, but it has brought us incredible joy and deep gratitude. After struggling with infertility and deciding adoption was the right path for our family, we were blessed to welcome our son, Xavier, into our lives through adoption. Now, as we embark on this journey for a second time, we are eager to grow our family and share the love, laughter, and stability we’ve built in our home with another child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
