dear expectant mother
The two of us had a heart-to-heart about this, and we were blown away by your courage in considering adoption for your child. We tried to imagine what you're going through, but it's tough. We can't even begin to fathom the emotions you're feeling right now, and we know that the future holds many questions. Even though we don't know you yet, we deeply respect your bravery. We both believe in valuing every life, and your decision demonstrates incredible strength and selflessness.
We understand that the bond between a mother and child is profound, and we honor the connection you've formed during this journey. Our family has been blessed with the ability to love children unconditionally, which is why we feel called to adoption. We have a deep love for all children, not just our own. We can't wait to hold, cuddle, and care for your baby with the same warmth, love, and attention we've given our daughters.
We want you to know that your child will receive the deep, abiding love and security that has enriched our own lives. This comes from our shared belief that God has given us a special gift—the ability to love someone unconditionally, simply because they are a precious creation deserving of care and protection.
About Us
Hi! We're a fun-loving family of five that loves to travel. We have three girls. Yep, Mike is way outnumbered! We've been running our own business for 22 years now, and we're semi-retired. On top of that, we have a small farm where we raise three beef cattle and have a flock of chickens too! We also have a big garden where we grow veggies and sell them in the summer. We belong to a small church in the countryside where we and the girls have made some great friends.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a cozy farm home with big, wrap-around porches. It's nestled in Virginia, surrounded by farms. Our place is on 12 acres, and about half of it is covered in trees. The kids have a blast running and playing all over the property. They have a huge tree swing and lots of furry friends: nine adult cats with two new litters of kittens, three German Shepherds, and a wiggly golden retriever who is super protective of the kids. They love playing fetch with the dogs and cuddling with them. But guess what? They also love hanging out with the chickens! We have sixteen chickens—we love eggs!—and we're expecting twelve more. Our kids go to a private Christian school and have made some amazing friends there.
Our Extended Family
Our life looks a little different from most couples'. This is Becky's first marriage and Mike's second. He has three grown kids, all married with families of their own—and together, they've blessed us with ten grandkids. (Don't judge!)
There's a 26-year age gap between us—yep, 26! Mike is very tired of being mistaken for Becky's dad. Becky has an older brother with three daughters (where are all these girls coming from?!), and Mike has a brother and nine cousins scattered across the country. Every year, our extended family gathers at our home—we love hosting. Whether it's a family reunion, a weekly Bible study, or a dinner with friends, we're happiest when feeding people.
We also love to travel. We just got back from an extended stay in the Florida Keys (maybe a little too extended). This summer, we're heading to Ireland for two weeks—just the two of us. Mike is about 90 percent Irish, so we're excited to explore his roots. Our nanny will be holding down the fort with the girls. (Bless her heart.)
Oh—and we go all in for Christmas. Big tree, full Santa vibes, and most importantly, we make sure the kids know the real reason for the season.
What Led Us To Adoption
We adore children and spend most of our time with them. We went through IVF to have our kids, and we both have talked about adoption for many years. We reached out to Angel Adoption and made the decision to pursue adoption the same day. We feel like we're in a great place in our lives to adopt and are so grateful for you considering us! Many of our closest friends are excited about it too. We know three couples who have adopted, and one of our kids' teachers was adopted herself.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
