About Us
We met while out one night not looking for love, but we sure found it. We soon realized we had a lot in common: raised in large families, whose parents taught us to be family oriented, selfless, and kind to others and to have a good work ethic. Meghan has been a middle school teacher for 25+ years and XC/track coach for 20 years. After adopting, Meghan plans to close this chapter of her life by becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom. Rich has spent the last 20+ years working in the shipping and logistics industry and many years on several nonprofit organizations’ boards for youth and community building. We both enjoy the outdoors, bike rides, and beach walks. We appreciate being able to spend time vacationing together and with family. Being New England sports fans, we enjoy Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots games. We also love the simpler times in our lives, such as having cookouts with our friends and family at our beautiful home.
Our Home
We live in a beautiful farmhouse-style home with three bedrooms and two baths, all surrounded by a vast and gorgeous yard for fun playtime. We live in a neighborhood of families and have access to endless miles of recreational hiking trails down the street. We live in a great community with access to beaches, lakes, mountains, and parks. Our city is diverse and cultured in that it has many great schools as well as many great restaurants, theaters, museums, arenas, concerts, and events and its own professional minor league baseball team. The community is very family oriented with many family events and activities throughout the year.
Our Extended Family
We have a large and extremely close family. In fact, most of Meghan’s family lives less than three miles from our home, and Rich’s family is an hour away. Both of us come from families with committed support from all of our 23 siblings and their significant others, 75+ nieces and nephews, Rich’s two adult children, and Meghan’s 90-year-old dad. On any given week, we are an in-person part of our extended family; it might be a walk with a sister, dinner with Dad, and/or attending a niece or nephew’s sporting event.
On any given month, we are a part of several small family gatherings to celebrate someone’s birthday or just a day at the beach. Throughout the year, we also have several larger family gatherings to celebrate Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a wedding. We’re excited about having our child be a part of this continued cherished time we’ll spend with our family as we bring this new blessing into our lives.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
