About Us
Our love story began when we met at an exercise class and quickly discovered a deep connection after sharing our dreams, values, and aspirations. Our connection grew into a deep love, and we decided to marry. Flora is compassionate and loving, and she cares about the world around her. This comes out in her work as an educator. Mara is caring, thoughtful, and committed to helping others. She works for an urban hospital helping doctors communicate with patients in a productive and sensitive manner. We enjoy cooking, exercising, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. We are filled with excitement as we eagerly await the next chapter in our love story: parenthood. Our love for each other is endless, and we are ready to extend that love to a child and to create a family full of laughter, support, and unconditional love.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is warm and inviting, filled with daily laughter and cherished memories. We live in a highly rated school district within a diverse community that brings families together through events like carnivals and parades. In the fall, we love walking to the cider mill and searching for scarecrows hidden around town. The best part about our area is that there are many parks, lakes, and nature trails to explore. Our three cats add even more joy and warmth to our home. Sammy always knows when we need a comforting cuddle, Joey keeps us entertained with his playful antics, and Rocky loves to sit on our laps. They fill our lives with happiness and teach us about compassion, patience, and the beauty of unconditional love.
Our Extended Family
Our extended family is part of our daily lives, rich with siblings, grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We share laughter, stories, and we love one another. We spend lots of time with our relatives celebrating birthdays, cheering at their events, and sharing meals together.
We value the lessons they teach us and the unique perspectives they bring to our family. Our family traditions are important to us and we are passionate about creating new ones. Sunday nights are special in our home. We gather with friends and family for dinner, share stories from our week, play games and enjoy each other’s company. It is a time filled with laughter, connection and delicious food. Other traditions we are excited to share are: nightly story time, Sunday morning breakfasts when the kids can help prepare pancakes and waffles, birthday traditions with a treasure hunt for presents, and nature walks.
Our family embraces each person for who they are and eagerly await the arrival of a new family member to welcome them with the same love and warmth that characterizes our close-knit family.
What Led Us To Adoption
We would love to share a glimpse of the joyful life we see for our child. Our home is a center of creativity and adventure, where we dive into home improvement projects, build and assemble all kinds of creations, and find joy in baking and building Legos. Our garden is a place of discovery, and we love traveling to new, exciting places. Our days are filled with bike rides, swimming, weight lifting, cooking, and watching plays and movies together. We believe these activities create a caring, lively, and active environment. We are eager to pass on our love for hands-on projects, exploration, and physical activity, fostering a well-rounded upbringing filled with curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
