About Us
Greetings! We're Laura and Steve, and we’re thrilled to extend a warm welcome into our world. Our journey began in 2015. The heartbeat of our relationship is our shared passion for exploration; we cherish the role of being each other's dedicated travel buddy. Every year we eagerly anticipate discovering new corners of the world, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures, and creating lasting memories. When we're not embarking on adventures, you'll find us rooted in our vibrant community in Georgia. With his creative flair, Steve serves as the head of design at his company, weaving his artistic touch into every project. Meanwhile, Laura brings her artistic talents to life as a makeup artist in the film and television industry, where she has the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the field. Our professional lives are complemented by shared artistic pursuits, both recreationally and in our local community.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a peaceful suburb forty minutes away from the city's hustle. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of friendly folks who genuinely care for one another. It's a perfect place for children, with many young families around, and you'll often see kids riding bikes and playing outside, especially during the spring and summer. But what makes our community really special is how we come together for holidays. Halloween is a big deal; we are the go-to neighborhood for trick-or-treating. In addition, this past Christmas, many families joined in for a community-wide caroling event. It's a warm and welcoming place, and we hope to share it with a child.
Our Extended Family
Laura was an only child. She lost her mother in 2016, but she still has close contact with her mother’s sisters. From her mother's side of the family, she also has one uncle, four cousins, and 12 grand-cousins. Most of these relatives are scattered about between Texas, Arizona, and Missouri. We contact them often and make it a point to visit one aunt yearly, usually going to Arizona or Texas for a gathering.
Steve grew up with both parents and his older brother. He still has his mother and father, his brother and sister-in-law, two uncles, two nieces, and one biological daughter. His mother and father visit yearly in Georgia for Christmas and are joined every other year by either one of his uncles or his brother's family. The whole family is close and makes it a point to see each other as often as possible. Most of his family lives in either Ohio or Illinois.
Your child will be surrounded by a diverse and supportive community of friends and family excited to welcome them into our lives. We are committed to providing a stable environment that nurtures their emotional well-being and fosters a sense of security.
What Led Us To Adoption
We're inspired by close friends who've beautifully navigated the path of adoption, either as adoptees or birthparents. Witnessing their successful adoption stories has deeply resonated with us. Following years of attempting to conceive naturally without success, adoption emerged as the clear and heartfelt choice for building our family. We're genuinely excited about the prospect of expanding our family and creating a home filled with love, laughter, and shared experiences. We believe in the beauty of diverse perspectives, and we're eager to welcome a child into our lives to share in our adventures and the warmth of our home.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
