dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for making the difficult decision to carry your baby, and thank you for your consideration of giving us the special gift of parenthood. While we don’t know you personally (yet), we admire your bravery and courage in making this selfless decision about your child’s future. We can assure you this little one will be tremendously loved and raised with humor, with a focus on learning, achieving goals, and life experiences. We are extremely positive people and plan to be a positive light in the baby’s life. We will be the constant source of love, guiding and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves.
Our hope with our profile is for you to see we are fun-loving, adventurous, and active. We plan to raise the baby in the same fashion, helping them see what the world has to offer and learn from. We have strong family bonds, and Grandma and Grandpa live just four miles away. Everyone is so excited for this baby to come into our lives.
This little one will be safe, loved, and encouraged to thrive in all they choose to do in their lives. We will honor you and your wishes and celebrate your contributions to their life. Again, thank you.

About Us
We are Ryan and Kim, and we’d like to share a little bit about ourselves to help you get to know us. We are fun-loving, laugh a lot, and have a caring approach to life. We met 13 years ago when we were both living in Hawaii. Ryan was in the Army, and Kim worked in disaster relief. It was love at first sight. We both said we would wait for the right one, and we did. Within four months we were engaged, and less than a year later, we were married. We moved around some but settled in Southeast Virginia in 2017 and built our forever home. We are both retired military. We both work for the government now as civilians and do so a lot from home. We enjoy cooking, golfing, and traveling, especially to college football games. We are especially excited to show the world to our child; we’ve both traveled within the U.S. and abroad extensively.
Our Home & Pets
We live in our “forever” home built in 2017. and we are looking forward to filling one of the seven bedrooms with our little one. The openness of the house brings friends and family together for cooking, enjoying the theater room, and being together. Located on many acres, our kiddo will be able to explore, play outside, and let their imagination run wild. We live in a neighborhood filled with kids, and the schools are fantastic. Our two sweet doggies love kids, and this kid’s hands will be so clean from licking! We also have a lazy cat who loves to be snuggled. Overall, our house and pets are bursting at the seams for us to bring home our baby.
Our Extended Family
Kim grew up in California and Colorado. Her niece, who is like a little sister, lives close and is a scientist, and she is currently expecting! She and Kim are so excited to raise their babies together! Kim’s parents live just down the road from us and are excited to become grandparents again. They are both retired and spend a lot of time with us at the house, and Grandma is the most amazing baker, who consistently stops by with treats.
Ryan grew up in Indiana with two sisters. Although Grandma is getting older, she will be so excited to meet her great-grandkid! They all still live in Indiana, where he grew up. We often get back to Indiana to see his family and go to Notre Dame football games.
What Led Us To Adoption
We both knew children were meant to be in our lives. In fact, shortly after we started dating, we knew we were going to be together forever and started naming our babies. Finding out we couldn’t have children biologically was heartbreaking for both of us, but we knew persistence and belief would bring a child into our lives. We continue to grow and thrive together, and we hope to give that same love and dedication to a blossoming family soon!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
