dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
You are loved. It must take incredible courage to consider an adoption plan for your baby, and all the choices and options must seem overwhelming. We support you, no matter what you decide.
We want to thank you for the beautiful gift of considering us as adoptive parents. We both have lovely mothers in our lives who sacrificed much for us. If you choose adoption with us, we will make sure your baby has every opportunity to grow to their full potential, and we will be there for them every step of the way.
We want you to know that you will always be your baby’s mom, and no one will ever take that place. We will always honor you and make sure your baby can have an amazing life. We are excited to meet you and walk with you on this journey.
With love,
Cam & Joe

About Us
Six years ago, while completing medical training, we found each other. We connected while Joe was completing an international fellowship in South America and Cam was finishing residency training in South Carolina. We found that in addition to mutual friends, we had a whole lot in common. Our time dating was spent chasing waterfalls and learning to scuba dive. We settled down in South Carolina at the same hospital system. We were married in a mountaintop chapel in 2023, surrounded by 200 of our family and friends. During our free time, we love hiking state parks, working out at the Y, and going to the occasional musical. We love to experience new cultures through travel, new recipes, and speaking Spanish in our home. We are excited to share our values and faith as we build our family. We have a great group of friends we consider family who inspire us, including several adoptive parents.
Our Home & Pets
We are proud to live in a medium-sized city that is ranked in the top ten places to visit in the U.S., with numerous local museums and children’s venues. We live in a beautiful two-story home in a forested neighborhood with a fenced-in yard, amazing neighbors, and a park one block away. Our local elementary school is a bilingual charter school that won International Elementary Spanish School of the Year. We attend the Spanish congregation at our local Episcopal church. We have a loving Newfoundland hospital therapy dog named Mâx Bear and a retired Husky named Psyche Zeppelin.
Our Extended Family
Our extended family is all over the world, but we are close to them and get together frequently, which makes for fun road trips! We love spending the holidays with family whenever we can or planning trips to the mountains.
Joe grew up in Kansas City and has two younger brothers who live in Boston. His parents divide their time between Kansas City, Boston, and South Carolina. Joe’s mother makes the best chocolate chip cookies, and his father is always excited about the next house project.
Cam was born in Colombia, South America, and grew up in South Carolina. Cam’s parents and sister live in South Carolina, and his many cousins are scattered across Florida, Colombia, and the world.
What Led Us To Adoption
Before we met, we dreamed of becoming parents through adoption. We were raised by hardworking and humble parents who inspired us to chase our own dreams of comforting others as physicians. We would like to pass on our values of serving others, learning about new cultures and languages, and curiosity. Adoption could help us not only give children a great home but also enable them to help others. We believe our children could be empowered to do so much more for the future. We are ready to offer a loving home with hearts full of love, a journey of faith, and a lifetime adventure of learning.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
