dear expectant mother
We know you are likely to have many families and choices before you, but our hope is that you will consider our family to take care of your little one. Growing our family through adoption has been a dream of ours for over five years, and we are excited to welcome a baby into our home. We strive to create a warm and nurturing home filled with love, laughter, and adventure. We are committed to providing a stable and supportive environment for any child that comes into our home.
Contemplating the decision to place a child for adoption is a deeply personal and courageous act. We respect your choice and the strength it requires. We hope you know your decision to choose an adoptive family for your child is a brave choice and one that we are extremely grateful for.
We are prepared to provide your child with a loving home while honoring their birth family and heritage. We have worked hard to surround ourselves with a diverse and welcoming community, and they, along with us, are beyond excited to welcome a baby into our lives.
We hope this letter finds you well, and we pray for peace and strength for you during this time.
With sincere gratitude,
Jacob and Rebecca
About Us
Becca is bubbly, compassionate, and empathetic. Jacob is intelligent, caring, and adventurous. Becca is a preschool teacher and has been for 12 years. Jacob is a research psychologist for the U.S. Navy. We are also the Generations directors at the church we attend, which means we are in charge of kiddos infant through 12th grade every Sunday. We both love to read and spend time outside. We have two dogs, and we hang out with them as much as possible! Jacob is absolutely obsessed with cooking and baking of every kind, which means there is always fresh bread or some kind of snack in our house. Becca loves gardening and growing anything, from plants to herbs and fresh veggies. We have “family dinner” every Sunday with our friends and love to spend time with the wonderful community we’ve surrounded ourselves with.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is our favorite place to be. We've aimed to create a welcoming and warm environment. The best part about our home is that our backyard backs up to a dairy farm! Every morning the cows come up to our fence to get some fruits and veggies. We live near many restaurants and bakeries, so there's always something new to try. There is a park within walking distance from our house, where all of the neighborhood kids go to play. Our child will attend preschool where Becca works, and will go to one of the several A-rated schools in our area after that. We have five pets: a sweet golden retriever, a snuggly bernedoodle, and three lazy cats.
Our Extended Family
Becca comes from a relatively small family, but she maintains a very close relationship with her mother who lives in a different city while caring for her grandparents. Becca’s dad, stepmom, and two half-brothers live a few hours from us, and we see them as often as we can. She is the oldest grandchild by 10 years, on both sides, so all of my cousins are younger than her, but she is close with them all. Jacob has a huge family. He has a wonderful Mom and Stepdad. He also has a brother with a wife and daughter who live close to us. He also has two stepsisters. His dad lives in our hometown and is retired, so he travels to see us as often as he can. He also has ten cousins! We’re very close with most of them and travel to see each other at least once a year. We have a few best friends that we've grown up with that are like siblings to us as well. We also have a church family that is one of our greatest support systems. Through our church, we have gained many friends and mentors that we often spend our time with.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption has become a central theme in our lives over the last five years. Our friends and family opened our eyes to adoption with stories like Jacob’s stepdad, who had been adopted and was learning more about his birthparents; friends adopting their own children; or mentors sharing their own personal adoption journey. Every story or experience that was shared with us only deepened our desire to join this unique community. We are excited to join our friends and family in this rewarding experience, and we can’t wait to raise a child that will one day hear the stories of those that came before them and in turn share their own story.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
