dear expectant mother

We want to express our deepest gratitude for considering the choice you are being faced with now. We know this is the hardest decision imaginable, and we admire your bravery. If you choose, we are here with you on this journey, and will support you in any way we can. You are truly strong and selfless for considering this path. John has been given so much opportunity, because of the decision his birth mother made for him.

We have so much love to give your child; our hearts are already overflowing and bursting with excitement to meet him or her. Growing a family has been in our prayers for many years, so to be chosen to love and parent your child would be an honor and a gift greater than words can describe. We cannot wait to share our passion for life and the outdoors, our faith in God, and love for others. If chosen, we will provide your child with unconditional love, opportunity, grace, stability, and unwavering support through all stages of life.

We hope we are lucky enough to get to know you and your child. Know that we are thinking of you and praying for peace and faith in your decision.

About Us

We are a very active, adventurous, and fun-loving couple. We first met while working together, and reunited a couple of years later at a local event. We've now been together for 9 years and married for 5. We are both blessed to work from home and have flexible schedules. John is a general contractor, business owner, and a jack-of-all-trades. He is generous, funny, outgoing, and highly motivated. Danielle works as a regional account manager for hotels. She is fun, caring, thoughtful, and reserved. We share a love of music, and often have our own jam sessions. Danielle plays piano and John plays guitar, both having played since childhood. John was even in a band. In our free time, we are often recreating outdoors with our dogs, traveling, or socializing with friends and family.

Our Home & Pets

We are so blessed with our lovely home. We live in a renovated barn house in California's stunning Eastern Sierra mountain range. Our home sits on 50 acres of property near a large lake with plenty of open space for our dogs and future child to play. We have 4 adventurous and loving dogs, Sierra (age 12), Esha (age 11), Laurel (age 3), and Timber (age 1), a cat named Tenaya, and a few chickens. Our community is small and tight-knit, including many friends with young children that we see frequently for dog walks, barbecues, birthday parties, and local events.

Our Extended Family

John and Danielle both have large extended families with close ties around the country. John has one brother, who was also adopted at birth, and his parents, who live in Georgia. John has several close aunts, uncles, and cousins, who we see frequently for family reunions, holidays, or special gatherings. This summer, several of us traveled to Iceland together!

Danielle has a brother and sister, both married with kids. In total, we have 4 nephews and 1 niece who we love visiting whenever we can. Her siblings, parents, and extended family all live near one another in Wisconsin. The family plans an annual trip to a northwoods cabin, one of Danielle's favorite summertime traditions. We speak with our families multiple times every week with visits as often as possible. We also have several close friends nearby who we consider our chosen family.

What Led Us To Adoption

Adoption has always been in our hearts and has touched our lives in many different ways. John and his brother were both adopted at birth, so we understand the blessing of adoption firsthand. We are also blessed with supportive family and friends who have adopted, including two of Danielle's cousins. We have experienced several pregnancy losses on our own journey, but have taken time to heal and are confident in God's plan for us to adopt. Our hearts are fully ready, and we are beyond thrilled to be given an opportunity to love a child as our own and give him or her a safe, supportive, and adventurous life.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
