Dear Expectant Mother,
We don’t know that there will ever be enough room or words to express how incredibly grateful we are. While other children were envisioning their weddings, Chelsea was planning to be the best mom. She saved every note passed between school friends and so many mementos from growing up with her future baby in mind. She wanted to ensure they knew how fully loved they were and how much support they had. Neither of us had the best upbringing. Lauren lost her mom at a young age, and Chelsea’s mom had her own struggles. Finding each other and healing together has allowed us to dream of the possibility of being moms!
We never imagined this little loved one could be a gift from someone else—someone who may make an incredibly brave and beautiful decision. You are creating life and caring for this beautiful baby, and in doing so, you may enrich so many others’ lives in countless ways that only history will be able to name.
We want to thank you for your strength and trust. If you choose us, we can promise that this gift, this baby, will grow into someone we all can be proud of. We are honored by this opportunity to give this baby the life they deserve with endless love and support.
About Us
Hello! We are Chelsea and Lauren. Chelsea is a director of nursing for a home health company, and Lauren has her own business managing rental properties. We love each other deeply and share a lot of similar hobbies, like thrifting, dancing, and spending time with our family and friends. We also have some things we like individually. Chelsea loves to craft and is a big theater nerd. Lauren loves upcycling furniture, softball, and finding the best places to eat around town. On the weekends, we are usually out and about looking for good garage sales, country dancing, and cheering on Lauren at her softball games! Our favorite time, however, is spent at home after our work days. We love making dinner and dancing with our pups.
Our Home & Pets
Chelsea was born in Texas, and Lauren is from North England, near Manchester. We are both very quirky and live happily in Texas with our three fur babies, Jake, Finn, and Callie. We love our cute neighborhood. In the evenings, all the neighbors take their pups on walks and get the chance to catch up with each other. Our town is home to so many amazing places for babies and children. From children's museums and parks to Montessori schools and amazing volunteer opportunities, we are certain our little love will find their place to shine!
Our Extended Family
We have a beautiful family! Although Lauren’s family lives in England, they will be taking extended visits to help with their new grandbaby. Lauren’s immediate family consists of her dad, stepmom, and three brothers. Fortunately, Lauren’s family gets along wonderfully with Chelsea’s.
Chelsea has a large family that lives all over Texas. Her mom and sister plan to be very involved with the new baby, and her other family members are elated to welcome a new little loved one. Chelsea’s family consists of her dad, stepmom, and siblings and her mom, stepdad, and even MORE siblings!
One of our best memories is a family gathering while Lauren’s dad and stepmom were visiting. Everyone got together and got along so wonderfully. We look forward to welcoming a new member of the family!
What Led Us To Adoption
We were fortunate to be given this miracle opportunity! Being moms has been a lifelong dream for both of us, though we both wanted to wait for the right partner and the right time in their lives. Finding each other and being able to build such a strong foundation ensures both are ready and so excited to be able to adopt. Adoption feels like the absolute perfect choice to build our family. We chose each other, and we want our child to find us in a similar way.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
