dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We know exploring this choice is not an easy one for you. We know this is a huge sacrifice and difficult decision you are making, not only for your baby but for you as their mother. From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate you taking the time to consider us as adoptive parents for your baby.
Should you choose us, your baby will be blessed with so much love and support from two families (yours and ours). We will guide them throughout life by encouraging them to play sports, play instruments, and do well in school and will teach them to speak Spanish. We will teach them the importance of volunteering and being kind to others. They will have three siblings who already love your baby so much. They will protect and guide them. We will make sure they know how valuable and special they are.
We want to express our gratitude once again for considering us and to wish you the best in making this decision. We promise to cherish, love, and care for your baby and make you proud. We will keep your baby safe, protected, and educated and will provide support and direction within the context of a religious community.
About Us
We are Jorge “Antonio” and Cathy from Texas. We met in April 2010 through a mutual friend on Facebook. We dated for one year then were engaged for another year and got married on June 2, 2012. Antonio is caring, funny, and smart. Cathy is energetic, kind, and thoughtful. We have three daughters, ages 11, 9, 6. Antonio has been a stay-at-home dad for 8 years now. He created a non-profit company four years ago that has been helpful to many veterans/first responders and their families. He is currently in the process of developing an app to continue assisting others. Cathy is a registered nurse and is currently working at two different surgical centers two to three days per week. She enjoys the beauty of being a part-time stay-at-home mom while also getting to help others as a nurse. We both love what we do.
Our Home & Pets
We have one bearded dragon named Daisy that we have had since the start of the pandemic in 2020. We are soon going to be bringing a salamander fish into our home as well. Our home is in a great school district. We specifically chose a home in Texas in our zip code for the great schools. We love taking walks around the area and enjoy going to the playground and swimming pool in our neighborhood. Our church and gym are both ten minutes away. Our gym has great amenities, such as swim lessons, rock climbing, art, and yoga classes for the kids.
Our Extended Family
We have a loving extended family. Antonio has two brothers, who each have four children. Cathy has four siblings, the oldest brother has two sons. Antonio’s mom likes to spend time with our children by teaching them to cook some amazing Mexican dishes. She and her husband spend weekends over in our home watching movies with our kids and playing “Loteria” with them.
Out of the ten cousins, only one of them is a girl. She is currently 25 years old with one daughter. The rest of the male cousins are around the same ages as our kids and enjoy many of the same things our kids like. We get together several times a year to take the kids to the waterpark, park, movies, or any other city-wide activity that may be going on during the season.
We have made so many wonderful memories with grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins, and they are all very excited to welcome another cousin into their lives.
What Led Us To Adoption
We both have siblings that were adopted. Antonio has an older brother who was adopted and Cathy has three younger siblings, two boys and one girl, who were adopted out of foster care. When we got married, we talked about eventually adopting a child when the time was right. We feel like God has called upon us to adopt and have made this decision together as a family. Our children are all very excited to welcome a new sibling!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
