dear expectant mother

We wish our first interaction with you was in person instead of this letter, to be able to look you in the eyes and speak the words that are in this letter. We want to express to you our deepest gratitude for first choosing life for your baby and then making the decision to search for a family to raise and love your precious little one and love them as much as you do.

We have hoped and prayed for a little one to bless our lives for the past five years. We have always wanted to be parents, and God has led us to adoption, after two losses, to be able to make that dream a reality. Thank you for considering us to unconditionally love, nurture, and raise the little life you are growing. We can promise this child will be surrounded by people who will encourage them, love them endlessly, and shape them to be the best version of themselves.

We are so eager to have a little life bless our lives and this unique opportunity to raise a child. You and your baby are in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much for your consideration of us as potential adoptive parents. We can’t wait to meet you!

Love,
Michael & Brittani

About Us

We met in college in 2016. After a year of dating, we got engaged and then married a year and a half later, in 2019. Michael is quiet, loyal, and a deep thinker. Michael graduated with his bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. After work, you can find Michael hanging out with our cats, outside doing yard work, or researching topics that pique his interest. Brittani is bubbly and caring and fiercely loves her people. Brittani graduated with a bachelor’s degree in community advocacy and social policy. Brittani works as a foster care case manager supervisor helping children and families find safety and permanency. After work, you can find Brittani reading a book, crafting, or watching a good show on Netflix. Together, we like trying local restaurants and taking vacations together.

Our Home & Pets

We live in Florida in a neighborhood outside of a city full of family-friendly activities. There are parades for holidays, family-friendly festivals, and museums. We have a three-bedroom, two-bath home that we bought in 2019. Our neighborhood is family friendly and has many young families. We have great schools in our area and have a community pool and playground right in our neighborhood. We have two cats, Riley and Stormy, and a dog, Dakota.

Our Extended Family

Michael’s parents are divorced and both remarried. Michael has an older sister and her fiancé. Michael’s father is from a large family and is the youngest of eight children. We spend holidays together with Michael’s aunts, uncles, and parents. We love to spend time on the boat with Michael’s mother, her husband, and their dogs. Michael’s parents all live locally, and we get together frequently, even just for dinner or lunch in the city.

Brittani is the oldest of a blended family of two biological siblings, two step-siblings, and a half-sister. Brittani’s family is mostly in Florida and get together for holidays and big family events. Brittani’s family only lives about 1.5 hours away and often gets together for “Sunday Fun-days” to do family activities like going to the beach, theme parks, and the zoo. Brittani’s family tradition is matching pajamas every Christmas for the entire family.

What Led Us To Adoption

When we first started getting serious about our relationship, we had a conversation about what our future family was going to look like. We decided at that time that adoption was always going to be part of how we built our family. After getting married, we decided we wanted to try to have a biological child. We tried to conceive for five years and saw a fertility specialist for a year and a half. We have two angel babies we never had the privilege to hold in our arms. We feel strongly that God is urging us that there is an expecting mother out there who is making the most challenging, heart-wrenching choice and that we have all the love to give and show that mother and child love like Jesus.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
