dear expectant mother
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read our story and consider the possibility of allowing us to share a joy we could not experience without your incredible gift. Words cannot fully express our deep gratitude for the courage and love you’ve shown in considering adoption.
We feel so fortunate to have found each other, and we believe that through faith, hope, and your extraordinary gift, we can provide a beautiful and meaningful life for a child. While we can never fully understand what you are feeling in this moment, please know how deeply we admire and respect you. Your strength, selflessness, and love are a testament to the kind of incredible woman you are.
If we are chosen, we promise to love and cherish your baby with all of our hearts. We will fill their life with bedtime stories, playful adventures, and endless opportunities to grow and thrive. Our home will be one of laughter, support, and unconditional love, and we will ensure they know their story began with a brave and loving decision by you.
We look forward to the day we can share a child with our families, who are so eager to embrace them with open arms. We hope that whatever decision you make, you find peace in knowing your choice will shape a life filled with love and joy.
With love and endless gratitude,
John and Bobby
About Us
Hi! We’re John and Bobby, and our journey together began seven years ago at a mutual friend's apartment in Chicago. John had recently moved to the city, while Bobby was a lifelong Chicagoan. That evening, John’s outgoing nature sparked a conversation, and we quickly discovered an undeniable connection. By the end of the night, we had exchanged numbers, hoping for more. With a mix of excitement and nerves, John texted Bobby a few days later—and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Four years later, we got married in Georgia, which today we call home—a place close to family, surrounded by amazing friends, and filled with love. Bobby, once an interior designer, now thrives as a project manager at a private aviation company, while John works as a corporate risk manager. In our spare time, we love cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Traveling and exploring new places and cuisines bring us so much joy, and our family and friends are our greatest priority and support system. One day we hope to share that love and connection through adoption.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a cozy mid-century house with three bedrooms and two baths—a space Bobby’s design expertise has beautifully transformed into a warm and inviting home. Our family includes two lovable miniature long-haired dachshunds, Gus (5) and Roscoe (3), who bring endless joy to our lives. They’re as much a part of our family as we are to each other. Our neighborhood is quiet and diverse, filled with people of all ages and backgrounds. John’s immediate family lives just five minutes away. Bobby’s parents are planning to move here this year, and we can’t wait to have them close by too. We love being just 30 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the vibrant city center and surrounded by its rich culture and history.
Our Extended Family
Our journey wouldn’t be possible without the unwavering support of our families.
Bobby’s parents instilled the importance of family and hard work early on. They raised Bobby and his two younger brothers in the Chicago suburbs. Bobby’s favorite memories include Sundays watching Chicago Bears football as a family and annual lake trips with extended family.
John grew up in Georgia, embracing the beauty of the Low Country and his heritage. His parents shaped his love for family and tradition. John treasures memories of cooking with his mom and grandmother, building with his dad, and fishing with his grandfather. His sister, her husband, and their four children bring joy daily as we watch them grow and build memories like our families did for us.
The love and lessons from our families guide us every day, shaping the values we hope to pass on as we build a family of our own.
What Led Us To Adoption
Family has always been at the heart of our relationship. Early on, we knew we wanted to start a family of our own to share with a child the love and support our parents and families have given us. As two gay men, we explored our options and quickly felt adoption was the perfect choice for us. We’re fortunate to know and be close to several people who were adopted, including Bobby’s grandma, and hearing their stories about how adoption shaped their lives only deepened our excitement to embark on this journey. We can’t wait to create a loving home and build a lifetime of memories with a child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
