dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

I appreciate you taking the time to read my letter. I want to let you know that I am truly grateful for the blessing you may give me, but also understand the gravity of the decision ahead of you. I believe you are a strong person for trying to give your child the best life possible.

You choosing me would give me the opportunity to grow my family via adoption again. I adopted my first daughter as an infant and she is now a thriving 7 year old. She would be ecstatic to have a sister(s), to share life’s experiences. I can promise to try my absolute best to give your child the best of resources in terms of housing, private education, family, friendships, travels and whatever else is in my capacity.

We have curated a wonderful support system of family, friends, and neighbors that will provide a positive environment for your child. We live on a cul-de-sac where I can see her playing with other children and build meaningful friendships. I look forward to taking her on our weekend excursions to the local parks, museums etc. I would love to give your child various opportunities like learning to swim, ride a horse, or ski etc. depending on what she would want to do. Traveling is a big part of our lives and I see that as an opportunity that your child will have to see different cultures & lifestyles.

About Me

Hi! My name is Ayesha. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Michigan and then moved to California to work in IT with a Fortune 500 company in 2005. Since 2021, I've lived in Colorado with my seven-year-old daughter and continued working from home with the same company. We moved to Colorado to enjoy its beautiful, relaxing outdoors, and overall standard of living. I am content with being a self-sufficient, financially and emotionally strong single parent and I would like to keep our family close-knit. My daughter and I are a loving family, grounded in unconditional love, stability, security, and respect. We value education, spending time together, being kind, inclusive, and empathetic. I am part of a faith-based community where I run a Sunday school program for children and also established a non-profit organization that is geared towards instilling community and leadership values in our youth.

My Home

Our neighborhood is a newly built community in Colorado. Our community is a safe and lively environment with access to a pool, game room and clubhouse for local entertainment. We live in a beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom house where the child would have their own space as they grow. The home has great views of the mountains from our living room, making it a peaceful escape during snowy winters. We have many beautiful walking trails close by, open spaces and outdoor activities for families. Our town has a vibrant downtown with many kid-friendly restaurants, farmers markets, festivals, and parks. There are multiple education options - charter or private schools within a 20-minute drive, libraries and recreation centers for year round activities and fun!

My Extended Family

I come from a family of seven and am the second of five children. Growing up in a big family, my dream has been to have a big family of my own. With my father being a commercial pilot, we are well traveled and worldly educated. I hope for the same for my children. My family lives both stateside and internationally, and we make it a point to make regular visits to see each other. My siblings have children of similar ages, they love to play in their splashpad, go swimming, make chalk drawings on the driveway or skip stones in a nearby pond. We love winter hikes and skiing on baby slopes.

While away, we stay connected daily with family video calls to share our lives, thoughts, and support for each other. The children talk to each other frequently and share their art, stories from school, and play virtual games etc. They love writing each other special notes & letters and then read them on the family calls.

What Led Me To Adoption

Adoption was my primary choice to build my family since I was a young teen volunteering at a children’s event and recognized the impact that a stable environment can have on a child’s well-being. My journey started with adopting my first daughter in 2017. She was ten days old when I brought her home from the hospital, and we’ve been a family since! We are ready to expand our family as we want to share our home and happiness and grow together to create a mutual sense of belonging, acceptance and safety.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
