dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mom,
Thank you. Truly. There is no way to know what brought you here or the many decisions you had to weigh, but we believe what you are doing shows an immense amount of maturity and love for this future angel. What we can be sure of is that you’re looking for a wonderful and safe home for your future baby, and we’re looking to share our love and lives with a beautiful child. Maybe we are looking for each other.
Because we couldn't conceive on our own, we’ve spent our adult lives showering love and affection on the children of our family and friends. We became the favorite “Unk” and “Auntie” to many amazing children. Now our hearts are full to overflowing with the thought of being parents, and we are ready for the blessings that parenthood brings. We can’t wait to make memories by exploring the world, experiencing new cultures, or even spending quiet nights at home as a family watching favorite shows, like A Different World.
We feel a profound sense of gratitude that you would consider us. We pray that God allows us to be the ones to fulfill the hope you have for your special child. God bless you, and we look forward to meeting you!
About Us
Hi! We are Alain and Angie. Our journey together started when we met as young adults. It was love at first sight, and we have been inseparable ever since! We are a true case of opposites attracting; Angie is extremely outgoing and vivacious, and Alain is more reserved and introspective. That makes for a life full of enjoyment. For fun, we love trying new restaurants, traveling the world, hanging with family, and playing sports together. We are a fun-loving, joy-filled couple who enjoy experiencing all the great things life has to offer. Alain has a background in being creative, and Angie has a background in analytics, with both working in the technology industry. Our true passion has always been about helping people. We own a people-centric business that allows us to help people find success in many avenues in their lives.
Our Home
We live in one of the top five areas in America. The communities are growing at a rapid rate and are extremely diverse. The opportunities are numerous, the schools are fantastic, and it is a great place to raise a family. Even the weather is as good as you can ask for. As a town that’s on the rise, there are always things to do, like sporting events or educational activities. Plus the mountains or the beach are only a few hours away.
Our Extended Family
Although we grew up in what seems like different worlds, we both come from very loving and close families, and our experiences with our extended family have been virtually identical. Our extended family were always there for all of the major life moments. They shared in the joy of our own births, cheered us on in our athletic accomplishments, and celebrated us at graduations, and they couldn't be more excited about us growing our family.
Alain is a first-generation American whose family originated from DR Congo. His immediate family is local, but he has family all over the world. Angie’s family is largely local, but she has close family that is located around the world as well.
Even though spread out, it has been a blessing that both of our families operated as a community. Our aunts and uncles were more like second mothers and fathers. Cousins were more like brothers and sisters. That makes the holidays a big deal for us. Holidays like Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or even events like Homecoming and weddings are more like mini family reunions. Those events are filled with a ton of food, fun, and laughter.
What Led Us To Adoption
We knew early on we couldn’t have biological children. We didn’t think being parents was something we would experience until our mentors adopted two incredible kids. We had the amazing opportunity to watch them grow as a family and see the love and joy in their home. It gave us hope that adoption was also an option for us to grow our family and be the parents we always wanted to be. We are so excited about adopting and providing a loving and caring home for a baby to be loved and cherished as the gift from God we believe they are!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
