dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We want to take a moment to tell you how unbelievably courageous and strong we know that you are. Whatever circumstances have led you to consider placing your precious baby for adoption, please know that it does not change how much you are (and will be) loved by your baby, the adoptive family you choose, and God. The steps you are taking to ensure that your baby can grow up happy, healthy, safe, and loved are no small feat, and we admire you for it.
Thank you for considering us as potential parents for your sweet baby. We are so hopeful and honored to be on this path. If you decide to choose us, your baby will have the guidance and support to become the best version of themselves, to experience all the good this world has to offer, and to know unconditional love. We love the life we have created together, and your baby will exponentially add to the warmth and joy already in our home. Our desire is to be open with your baby about their adoption story, the amazing sacrifice you made for them, and how much love went into making this decision.
Whatever choice you make, whether to choose us or not, we want you to know that we value and respect you. We will be praying for you and your baby, and that you are filled with peace and comfort in the journey forward.
With love, Rachel & Aaron
About Us
Hi! We are Aaron and Rachel from Washington State. We met in nursing school in 2016, started talking that spring, and haven't stopped since. We were married in 2018 and moved across the country to start our careers.
We are both compassionate with hearts for service, each spending a year abroad as student missionaries. We have developed a love for travel and appreciation of different cultures, and have a long list of places that we hope to explore with each other and our future children in the years to come.
In our daily lives, we enjoy volunteering at our church, creating memories with friends, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest (PNW). Aaron is spontaneous, playful, and adventurous. He has fun finding coffee shops and secondhand bookstores where he spends his free time. Rachel is thoughtful, caring, and loyal. One of her hobbies is crafting personal gifts for her loved ones.
Our Home & Pets
We adore living in the Pacific Northwest and are grateful to be here. Within a few miles of our house, we have access to any stores we need, and we live within 25 miles of a large metropolitan city. We can explore the beach, lakes/waterfalls, hiking, camping, and more just a short drive from home.
Our home is small and cozy, located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. We have an indoor fireplace and a private backyard with a deck, firepit, and room for garden beds. When visiting our home, friends are greeted by our three fur babies: George (dog), Cat, and Tulip (cats). They're curious, snuggly, and patient with children. Our visitors leave blessed with some pet glitter (hair) to remember the fur-kids by.
Our Extended Family
Rachel has a small but tight-knit family. Her dad, aunt, uncle, and grandma are goofy, loud, and always love to share a meal together when possible. Rachel's mom is fiercely loving, creative, and resourceful. She has one older brother and a nine-year-old niece she enjoys spending time with when visiting. There is never a dull moment when her family is together. With no immediate cousins, the kids in the family are especially cherished and doted on.
Aaron comes from a large extended family. His mom has seven brothers and sisters, and many cousins with kids of their own, making family gatherings lively and full of energy. His immediate family—mom, dad, sister, and brother-in-law—love spending time together, simply enjoying each other's company. One of Aaron's favorite things to do is to work on projects with his dad—an activity they truly cherish. He has a close-knit bond with his relatives and they enjoy helping each other out. Family traditions are important to Aaron, and they make an effort to stay connected, creating memories that they'll treasure for years to come.
What Led Us To Adoption
Since childhood, we both knew that kids would be in the picture for our futures. Through our experiences living and serving internationally, as well as during our nursing training, the idea of growing our family both with adoption and biologically always just felt right to us. Even before we were married, we knew that one day we would want to adopt, although likely after a biological child of our own.
After a handful of years being unable to grow our family due to infertility and working through those associated emotional losses, moving forward with our desires to adopt feels like the right next step.
We are thrilled to be on this adoption journey and know we both have so much love to offer.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
