dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for considering me to be the proud parent of your baby and for considering my three kids to be your baby’s brother and sisters. We made this decision as a family and are all committed to a joyful addition. I deeply admire your courage and the love you are showing in considering adoption. I can only imagine the weight of the decision you’re facing, and I am filled with gratitude that you’re taking the time to learn about me and my family.
Adoption has always been the way I’ve wanted to build my family. My eldest and youngest children, both adopted, have brought immense joy and love into our home. The day my eldest was born was one of the most powerful moments of my life, and I’ll never forget the bond I felt with her birthmom. I think of both of their birthmoms often and am grateful every single day. If you choose me, I want your baby to know their story and how much love surrounds them—from both you and me.
Your baby will grow up in a warm, nurturing home with endless love, adventure, and support. Your child will have an excellent education, lots of fun adventures, and a family that encourages them to be strong, brave, and kind.
Thank you again for considering me in this important decision. If you choose me, I promise to honor your love for your baby and provide them with a life filled with unconditional love, happiness, and opportunity.
With love and gratitude,
Penny (Ellie, Abbie & Jack)
About Me
Welcome to our loving, fun family! I value kindness and finding joy in everyday moments. I work in education and feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that aligns with my passion for helping others. I love learning and am always looking for ways to grow. My optimism helps me tackle challenges with resilience, and I bring that same dedication to being a parent. At home, I’m a hands-on and loving parent to my three amazing kids. We spend a lot of time outdoors exploring nature, traveling, and enjoying adventures together. I also love playing and watching sports, and our family enjoys bonding over games and cheering for our favorite teams. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I believe in creating a nurturing, supportive environment filled with laughter and love. Thank you for considering me to be part of this special journey.
My Home
Our home is a warm and welcoming place surrounded by nature and the peaceful charm of our neighborhood. One of the things we love most is the frequent visits from deer that wander through our yard, creating a calming connection to the outdoors. Sitting on two acres, there’s plenty of room for the kids to run around, go sledding in the winter, and play basketball in the backyard. The house is spacious, with a big kitchen and family room perfect for family gatherings. The kids also love spending time together in the game room, where they can play and unwind. We’re close to beautiful parks and trails, ideal for outdoor adventures. Living in Nashville also means great shopping, restaurants, and, of course, music!
My Extended Family
Family is very important to me, and I am lucky to have a supportive, loving, and close family. We celebrate birthdays and holidays, have regular calls, and find every opportunity to be together.
I was born and raised in California, where my parents still live. My sister lives in Texas with her three children, and our families often come together for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, and summer vacations. The six cousins love spending time together and always look forward to our trips, whether it’s for a holiday or a fun family adventure. My parents are very involved in our lives, visiting every other month and FaceTiming with the kids every night. They are incredibly loving grandparents and enjoy staying connected with all of us.
I also have a close bond with my four aunts and uncles as well as my nine cousins and their families. We all enjoy getting together for big family events, whether it's watching the Olympics, dancing at family parties, or gathering for rowdy holiday celebrations. My extended family is so excited to welcome another child into our lives, and I know they will surround them with love, support, and care, just like they do with the rest of us.
My Adoption Story
Adoption has always been a natural part of my life and by far its greatest gift. My eldest and youngest children are adopted, and through them, I’ve seen firsthand the immense joy and love that adoption brings to my family. Growing up, my dad wasn’t my biological parent, but he showed me unconditional love, just as I do for my own children. His example helped shape my belief that family is built on love, not just biology. As an educator, I’ve developed a deep love for children and have always known that adoption would be the way I would continue to grow my family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
